ATTORNEY ADMISSION



ADMISSION FOR RESIDENT ATTORNEYS
 •  Requirments:
  
-   All Oklahoma attorneys filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma are required to be admitted to the Eastern District
- Complete an Application for Admission to Practice in the Eastern District
-   Submit the completed Application to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, POB 607, Muskogee, OK 74402
-   Upon approval of the Application, the attorney shall be required to appear in either the Bankruptcy Court or the District Court to be sworn in and submit the $175.00 admission fee payable to the U.S. District Court to receive a Certificate of Admission. Bring the approval letter with you when you are to be sworn in.
-   The attorney shall notify the Bankruptcy Court upon Admission to the Eastern District

ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE
 •  Requirments:
  
- Non-resident attorneys only
- File a Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice
- Complete an Application for Admission Pro Hac Vice and file it with the Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice
-   Submit a $50.00 check, cashier's check, or money order to the Bankruptcy Court (made payable to the U.S. DISTRICT COURT NOT the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, or the check will be returned, causing a delay in processing)
-   Present a Proposed Order for the U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Tom R. Cornish, in compliance with the Court's Administrative Procedures
