File Claims
See Federal Bankruptcy Rule 3004 and 3005 regarding filing of claims by the debtor or trustee or guarantors of co-debtors,
etc.
Instructions:
- Complete Proof of Claim (B10).
- Select Bankruptcy
- Select File Claims
- Ensure correct case name and number match the document you
are filing.
- Search for appropriate creditor from drop down list. Verify that
the creditor's address is the same as the address on the Proof of Claim Form.
