Local Rules

Query
Query allows you to view a variety of information about a case, such as a list of attorneys or current status, as well as the docket sheet. After identifying the case you want, you will see a menu of choices, noted below.

Instructions:

  1. Click on Query.

  2. Enter case number, last name (upper and lower case), social security number, tax id number, etc.

  3. Click on the Run Query button.

  4. Review the case summary for correct case.

  5. Select the appropriate hyperlink for your query.

    Aliases - lists aka, dba's, etc.

    Associated Cases - lists adversary cases

    Attorneys - lists participating attorneys

    Case Summary - summarizes the case

    Creditors - lists creditors

    Deadlines/Hearings - lists deadlines and hearings

    Docket Report - summary of filed documents

    Filers - lists participating filers

    History/Documents - lists all events

    Notice of Bankruptcy Case Filing - displays case summary and court seal

    Parties - lists participating parties

    Related Transactions - lists related transactions

    Status - lists pending status

    Trustee - lists participating trustee

Cases
Displays summary data about selected cases, plus links to view more detailed information about each case. 

Instructions:

  1. Click on Reports.

  2. Click on Cases.

  3. Enter PACER login and password, if applicable.

  4. Select the information for your report, such as chapter, trustee, from, to dates, etc.

  5. Click on the Run Report button.

Claims Register
View the claims register for a case. 

Instructions:

  1. Click on Reports.

  2. Click on Claims Register.

  3. Enter PACER login and password, if applicable.

  4. Enter case number and if applicable, enter creditor name, creditor number, claim number, etc.

  5. Select the information for your report, such as chapter, trustee, from, to dates, etc.

  6. Click on the Run Report button.

Docket Report
Displays the formatted docket sheet with links to (PDF) documents.

Instructions:

  1. Click on Reports.

  2. Click on Docket Report.

  3. Enter PACER login and password, if applicable.

  4. Enter case number and if applicable, enter filed or entered date, document numbers, etc.

  5. Click on the Run Report button.

Calendar Events
Lists scheduled events on a single day. The first proceeding which set the hearing date is shown; if the proceeding which set the hearing date is related to an earlier proceeding, that earlier proceeding is shown. Next to the proceeding is a bullet which displays the 'Related Proceedings Report', showing all matters related to the one which set the hearing.

Instructions:

  1. Click on Reports.

  2. Click on Calendar Events.

  3. Enter PACER login and password, if applicable.

  4. Enter case number and if applicable, select judge, calendar event, hearing date, etc.

  5. Click on the Run Report button.

Creditor Mailing Matrix
View creditor mailing matrix and available for printing.

Instructions:

  1. Click on Reports.

  2. Click on Creditor Mailing Matrix.

  3. Enter PACER login and password, if applicable.

  4. Enter case number.

  5. Click on the Run Report button.
