Rule 1019-1 CONVERSION PROCEDURE

A notice or motion to convert a case to Chapter 7 must be accompanied by a supplemental matrix of the post-petition creditors, if any, for the Clerk to notify these creditors of the Chapter 7 §341 meeting. Otherwise, the movant will be responsible for noticing.

Rule 1020-1 CHAPTER 11 SMALL BUSINESS CASES - GENERAL

(a) Within fifteen (15) days of filing the petition, the small business debtor, as defined by §101(51C), shall file with the Clerk and give notice to all parties in interest a written notice of election to be considered a small business pursuant to §1121(e).

(b) Within twenty (20) days of filing the petition, any party in interest, in a case where the debtor is a small business and elects to be considered a small business, may file a motion requesting that no committee of unsecured creditors be appointed.
