Rule 3015-2 MODIFICATION OF THE CHAPTER 13 PLAN

(a) Modifications made to the plan after confirmation pursuant to §1329 shall be submitted as an entirely new plan unless otherwise approved by the Court. The modified plan will replace the original plan, if approved.

(b) When a Motion to Modify Plan is filed pursuant to §1329, the moving party shall also file a modified plan.

Rule 3015-3 CHAPTER 13 - CONFIRMATION

(a) If the plan is filed with the petition, the Clerk shall include the confirmation hearing information on the notice of meeting of creditors, and the debtor shall mail the plan to the matrix. Proof of service shall be filed within five (5) days of the mailing.

(b) If the plan is filed after the petition, the Clerk shall prepare the notice of confirmation hearing. The debtor shall mail, to the matrix, the notice and plan within five (5) days of the entry of the notice of confirmation hearing. Proof of service shall be filed within five (5) days of the mailing.
