UPDATED Notice from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

During the partial government shutdown, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma will remain open and continue normal operations.  

Meeting of creditors (341 meetings),  court hearings, and conferences will proceed as noticed unless otherwise ordered.  Please refer to General Order 19-1 Extending Deadlines applicable to United States Governmental Units.

The court's case management system (CM/ECF) and PACER will remain available during a shutdown.
