NOTICE REGARDING VOICE CASE INFORMATION SYSTEM(VCIS):


In an effort to reduce costs to the United States Judiciary the Voice Case Information System(VCIS) for the United States Bankruptcy will be moving to a shared centralized VCIS system called Multi-Court Voice Case Information System(MCVCIS).
This move will be effective on October 1, 2011.

There will only be a few differences in accessing the new system.
  • 1. Prior to entering the Oklahoma Eastern VCIS system you will be prompted for State and District first.

  • 2. Due to the volume of calls to the centralized system the system timeout feature is set to be quicker than what you were used to on our Local VCIS system.


    • The programmers are working to customize this for us and will move to Voice Recognition ability very soon.

    THE NEW MCVCIS NUMBER WILL BE: 1-866-222-8029

    After the Court Transitions to MCVCIS the Local Number will be discontinued.
