Attorneys who are not electronic filers in any federal court:

If you are an attorney who has never been trained to file electronically in a federal court, you must be trained on the CM/ECF System before receiving your login and password. Training may be received in person in another court or this court or by completing the required local Computer Based Training (CBT) modules in another court.  All attorneys who wish to practice in this court are required to review the Local Rules and CM/ECF Administrative Guide of Policies and Procedures, and be admitted to the Eastern District of Oklahoma before Submitting the Registration Form.

Filing Agents
• Filing Agent Form

Attorneys who employ a paralegal or legal assistant to assist in filing documents in CM/ECF may register him or her as a “Filing Agent”. This type of user account enables an agent to file on behalf of the attorney with a distinct login and password with the attorney name showing in the docket text. The option to associate multiple filing agents is available for attorney, trustee and US Trustee user groups. To add a Filing Agent to your account, the Filing Agent must complete the Filing Agent Form and be certified to file electronically by the court by completing the same Training in person or Computer Based Training Modules in another court required for attorneys.
