NOTICE FROM THE BANKRUPTCY COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF OKLAHOMA:

The Bankruptcy for the Eastern District of Oklahoma currently located in Okmulgee will be moving to the Ed Edmondson Federal Courthouse 101 N. 5th Street, Muskogee, OK 74402 in late September, 2018.

The court will give notice of the exact date of the move and our new mailing address in September.

All Court matters will be heard in Muskogee beginning October 1, 2018. When selecting hearing locations within CM/ECF and on your hearing notices maintained on our Web Site, please be very careful in choosing the correct location for your hearing. Otherwise, you will be required to notice your hearings again if the location is incorrect.

Bankruptcy Court Hearings scheduled after October 1, 2018, should be scheduled by choosing:  Ed Edmondson Federal Courthouse, Muskogee, OK 74402  location in the drop down box within CM/ECF and on your hearing notices maintained on our Web Site.

Section 341 Creditors meetings scheduled after October 1, 2018 should be scheduled by choosing: Grand Jury Room, 3rd floor, Federal Courthouse, Muskogee 74402 location in the drop down box within CM/ECF and on your Notices of Continuances.
