Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing:

Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing, or EBN, refers to a group of electronic services available from the Bankruptcy Noticing Center that federal courts can use to send bankruptcy notices to attorneys, creditors, and trustees.
The following Methods are available for recipients to receive notices:EDI, Internet e-mail attachment, Internet email Link and Fax. Internet e-mail Link is for recipients who want the ease of retrieving notices through a link by email. Internet E-Mail Attachment is for recipients who want the ease of receiving notices as email PDF attachments. Fax noticing is intended for recipients who do not want to set up Internet e-mail accounts but who want to eliminate slower noticing by U.S. Mail. EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) is For high-volume recipients (200+ notices a week) who want to automatically process data. Click on the links below to view details on each type of Notice Option.
