Notwithstanding the partial government shutdown that began January 31, 2026, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma remains open during regular business hours and will continue normal operations until further notice. The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system (CM/ECF) also remains in operation for electronic filing of documents.
