Transcript Instructions

The Eastern District of Oklahoma Bankruptcy Court records all court proceedings.  Parties to a case may obtain a hearing transcript by completing the appropriate order form, filing it in the case, and submitting proper payment.

If you need to order a transcript, begin by contacting the court to obtain: 1) a quote and 2) a designated transcriptionist.  Next, using the information provided, complete the Transcript Order Form and file the request for transcript in the case using the event Bankruptcy or Adversary >Other>Transcript Request.  Then, contact the designated transcriptionist to arrange for payment.

• Local Rule 8007-1 governs the completion of Record on Appeal regarding transcripts.
