The Eastern District of Oklahoma Bankruptcy Court records all court proceedings. Parties to a case may obtain a hearing transcript or audio CD by completing the appropriate order form, filing it in the case, and submitting proper payment.
If you need to order a transcript, begin by contacting the court to obtain: 1) a quote and 2) a designated transcriptionist. Next, using the information provided, complete the Transcript Order Form and file the request for transcript in the case using the event Bankruptcy or Adversary >Other>Transcript Request. Then, contact the designated transcriptionist to arrange for payment.

Audio CD Instructions
If you need to order an Audio CD of a hearing, complete the CD Order Form, file it in the case using the event Bankruptcy or Adversary Other>CD Order, and pay the designated fee. The Clerk’s office will promptly process your request and contact you when the CD is prepared.
