It is with great sadness that the Bankruptcy Court wishes to acknowledge the passing of two long-time bankruptcy practitioners.  Melinda Dunlap passed away on April 8th and Jeff Herrick passed away on April 12th.   They will be missed not only for their work, which aided many financially downtrodden folks in the Eastern District, but for their humanity – which cannot be replaced.
