Court Operations During a Lapse in Appropriations
Despite a partial shutdown of the federal government that began on December 22, 2018, the federal judiciary remains open including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma and can continue operations through January 11, 2019, by using court fee balances and other funds not dependent on a new appropriation.

Meetings of creditors (341 meetings) and court hearings will be held as currently scheduled. CM/ECF will continue to be available, and the clerk's office will be open during normal hours of operation.
Reminder: In observance of the upcoming holidays, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma will be closed December 31, 2018 and January 1, 2019. CMECF will be available for filing during this time.
