Online Payments Now Available for Non-Attorneys

On  February 17, 2022, the Court will begin offering an electronic payment method for the submission of fees to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. The new online payment method provides easier access to non- attorneys who need to pay fees to the Bankruptcy Clerk’s office for filing cases, paying installment fees, amendment fees, motion fees, copy fees, Trustee minimal dividends, Trustee unclaimed funds, certification fees, search fees, and archive retrieval fees. The online payment is processed through Pay.gov and accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover.  Pay.gov also accepts PayPal. Pay.gov is operated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and is a web-based application that allows users to make online payments to government agencies.
