Effective immediately, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma require payments by: 

All Attorneys  must pay Filing Fee charges through CM/ECF via Pay.gov using a debit card, credit card, or *ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment. The event you are filing will present a Pay Now button. Do Not go out of ECF to make your payment. However, charges that are not Filing Fees, i.e. copies and certification may be paid using pay.gov on the website.

Pro Se Debtors must pay fees using the court's online payment portal listed on the website: https://www.okeb.uscourts.gov/paygov-online-payment

Trustee’s must pay unclaimed funds and minimal fees using the court's online payment portal listed on the website:  https://www.okeb.uscourts.gov/paygov-online-payment

If paying through the court’s online payment portal, acceptable forms of payment include debit card (preferred method) and *ACH.
