NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO LOCAL RULES

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma invites public
comment on the proposed amendments to its local rules, several of which are being amended to incorporate
changes in the federal bankruptcy rules scheduled to take effect on December 1, 2017, and others for technical purposes.  
Copies of the proposed amendments are available in a Redline Version and a Clean Version with the new text underlined.

Comments on the proposed local rule changes should be received by October 1, 2017.  
Comments can be made by email to okeblocalrules@okeb.uscourts.gov or in writing addressed to:
Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Eastern Oklahoma, PO Box 1347, Okmulgee, OK 74447.

Absent any further change, the proposed rules changes will take effect on December 1, 2017.
