Important Court Closure Notice

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma located in the Ed Edmondson Federal Courthouse, Muskogee, Oklahoma will be closed for walk-in traffic on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.  Infrastructure repairs to the building will result in the loss of water and heat to the building during the course of the repairs on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.  For those needing assistance, the Clerk’s Office can be contacted at  918-549-7200.  CM/ECF will be available for electronic filing.  All deadlines falling on this date are required to be filed timely.

Reminder:  Monday, January 18, 2021 is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Since this is a Federal Holiday all deadlines falling on this date will be due the next business day (Tuesday, January 19, 2021).
