Notice:  The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma has a new Local Form 3015-1 Agreed Order Confirming Chapter 13 Plan for use by Attorneys who have reached an agreement resolving objections to Chapter 13 Plans.    The Agreement should be specifically set forth in the Order Confirming and should contain signatures of all parties to the agreement.
