Agencies are notified that on Saturday, November 4, 2023, beginning at 6:00 pm (ET), Pay.gov will conduct a Disaster Recovery Exercise (DRE) and transfer production system operations from the contingency data center back to the primary data center.  

Agencies will experience a total interruption of all Pay.gov services during the transfer activity. Target duration for this exercise is six hours.  An email notice will be provided by 12:00 am (Eastern) if the exercise will require more time to complete than planned.  Agencies will receive an email notice once production operations are fully restored and available for general use.
