What if I filed a document that contained Privacy Information?
The Movant should file a Motion to Redact the document. A Proposed Order should state that the Movant should re-file the document.
If the information was contained on the Petition, the Movant should file a Motion to Redact the information in the petition. The Petition should not be re-filed.

What is required to receive a Login and Password for CM/ECF, for a Filing Agent?
Step 1. Complete our Filing Agent Form. You may send your completed form, signed by the attorney, to user_registration@okeb.uscourts.gov
The Filing Agent Form is required so that we know whom the Filing Agent should be linked to and have that attorney’s signature for permission.
Step 2. The filing individual needs to request an individual PACER Account with our court, unless you already have an individual PACER Account. Here are the steps. If you already have an individual PACER Account proceed to Step 3.
Go to : pacer.gov
Sign up for an Account
Non-attorney Filers
Register for a PACER account
Complete Name, Address, etc.
User Type: Individual
Create a User Name and Password
Answer two security Questions
Enter a Credit Card (for any copies you request or reports you run)**
Select U.S. Bankruptcy Courts
Select Oklahoma Eastern
Read Policies
Select Role in Court: Filing Agent
Complete the rest of the prompts to acknowledge, for contact information, email, etc.
Submit your request.
Our court will process this request and you will receive a confirmation email.** If you bypass the credit card information then your account will not be activated right away. PACER will have to send you U.S. Mail within 7-10 business days.

Login to Manage My Account
Maintenance Tab
Non-Attorney E-File Registration
Select U.S. Bankruptcy Courts
Select Oklahoma Eastern
Read Policies
Select Role in Court: Filing Agent
Complete the rest of the prompts to acknowledge, for contact information, email, etc.
Submit your request.
Our court will process this request and you will receive a confirmation email. -
