Online Payment using Pay.gov

Payments can be made using a credit card or ACH.

The same login that filed the document with the fee due, must be used to make the payment. 

Please refer to our Administrative Procedure XVII . FEES and Local Rule 1006-1. Filing Fee for more information.

From the Summary of current charges screen:

• Select Pay Now.
• Check Fees to Pay or Select All
• Select Pay Now.
• Verify your personal infomation.
• Enter your credit card information or your banking information and Click Continue with Plastic Card Payment.
• Verify your information again, including your payment information and the amount being charged.
• You may enter an email address(s) to send copies.
• Click to authorize the charge to your account.
• Click Submit Payment.
• Once your payment is processed, you will be given a transaction number and the amount paid. You can print a copy if you wish.
